University Projects
COLLEGE OF MEDICINE
University of Houston was founded in 1927 in response to a call from Houston’s business leaders for accessible higher education. The UH College of Medicine is answering another urgent call — graduate medical education to train physicians to treat the underserved.
The College of Medicine completes the UH offering of undergraduate, graduate and professional degrees. UH now has the stature of a true national institution.

FERTITTA CENTER
In the new Guy V. Lewis Development Facility, the University of Houston has a state-of-the-art structure for our student-athletes to train and study as they become champions for life. Construction of the Fertitta Center and adjacent Hofheinz Plaza will bring UH’s basketball facilities into the 21st century in spectacular fashion.

INDOOR FOOTBALL PRACTICE FACILITY
While the University of Houston enjoys a proud history of excellence on the gridiron, the Cougars’ football program is reaching new heights on the field and in recruiting. While UH has a beautiful home in TDECU Stadium, UH Athletics must continue to provide premium facilities for our coaches, student-athletes, staff, alumni and fans. That next step for our football program is a new Indoor Football Practice Facility.

LAW BUILDING CAMPAIGN: MORE THAN BRICKS
The future has never been brighter for the University of Houston Law Center (UHLC). Through the support of our alumni community, we have achieved our Phase 1 goal of raising $10 million for a new facility. While this milestone propels us in our journey, we still have more on the horizon to fully accomplish our vision.
