Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Felicia began her career upon graduating from Xavier University of Louisiana landing her first corporate job in pharmaceutical sales with Johnson & Johnson. With superb training and the opportunity to utilize her communication, marketing and interpersonal skills, she became one of the top performing account executives in her region, exceeding sales quotas her first year and beyond.

Felicia enjoyed and excelled in the medical sales industry with 15 years of experience engaging specialists, hospital personnel and pharmacy benefit managers. She is a forward-thinking strategist that enjoys exhibiting servant leadership and empowering those around her. Felicia’s proficiency in the sales and marketing fields allowed her to successfully transition those skills to the fundraising and development fields, engaging individuals, corporations and affinity groups. Developing partnerships and working collaboratively has always been her strong suit, and the foundation of her successes.

With 10 years’ experience in 4 leadership roles in higher education, Felicia discovered something not commonly found in sales. She has developed a unique knack for supporting a cause that speaks to the humanitarian deep within her spirit. Her career in philanthropy has garnered many achievements, including securing over half a million dollars of annual support for the PVAMU annual fund in which she served as the university’s first annual fund director.
