Clarneisa Carter

Clarneisa Carter will obtain her Bachelors of Arts in African American Studies from the University of Houston in Spring 2021. During her undergraduate career, Carter was a recipient of the Kwame Nkrumah Study Abroad Scholarship which allowed her to study abroad in Ghana, West Africa. During her time as an undergraduate student, Clarneisa has served as a Resident Advisor, Advancement Ambassador, mentor for U.S. Dream Academy, Education Chair and Sergeant at Arms for the Collegiate 100. Upon completion of her undergraduate studies, she plans to attend graduate school for Human Development and Family Studies in order to pursue a career as a Professor.
